I order this for my husband. He was amazed by it. It goes together fast and easy. Work well, he loves it. He though about building his own to fit in an amo can which he had seen on YouTube. He wanted it to carry in his Geo Tracker. This will fit in his amo can and is way better than he could have built. (Sorry honey). He would have given it ten stars if he could. So glad it made him a happy camper.Great deal, quality product and highly recommended. So i purchased more stoves for friends and family. I'm extremely impressed, this is an item that I can see still being around when my great grand kids are taking their kids camping. One thing you need to know if you have not figured it out already, you should realize that all of the stoves like this are pictured to look like they are really big. Maybe a marketing thing, but you need to know that ALL OF THEM are small, pay attention to the dimensions. As for this one, it is perfect for camping or survival, it will handle one pot or pan at a time.I LOVE IT AND RECOMMEND IT. One more thing... it's really heavy for it's size, so don't think you are going to back-pack with it.I never used this, but I can tell it will work fine as there is not much to a rocket stove. While it small, it is built like a tank. The build quality is the most important quality I was looking for, and this stove is very well built. It is also super easy to put together. Just an FYI for those who missed the product's weight. This is too heavy for any kind of camping other than car camping.What I DID NOT LIKE is that I got a used stove that someone had packed up and returned without cleaning it. How disgusting!But this thing is indestructible, so a quick wipe and sweep up the ashes that had fallen out of it was all it needed.I lit it with a piece of paper towel drenched in cooking oil. This stove will have you searching your neighbor's yard for twigs before long! Great way to clean up the yard, and I had bacon and eggs on bread in one of my many cast iron pans in no timeThis is a nice de-stresser as it keeps me focused on keeping the fire going and out of my head. It tunes out the constant interruptions, and the food was delicious.I would not hand carry that thing very far as it is quite heavy. But it will also never blow over in the wind. Yes, ashes fall out, but you would choke off the fire if they didn't. Just be mindful where you set this stove.If you know how to light a woodstove you can light a rocket stove. I am a disabled female senior citizen and am having a blast with this stove!I had a cheap one of these that I wasn't impressed with & I wasn't prepared to splash the cash for this one. It took some convincing. But I'm glad I did. It is extremely sturdy & is easy to use. I have cooked meals on it, taken it to work & boiled many kettles of water on it. All you need is a good supply of sticks & a lighter. It doesn't take long to get going, because of the airflow in it. Very impressed & the carry bag is an added bonus.What an absolute complete useless waste of money, I have wood burners in my house and consider myself competent at lighting a fire but this thing has a significant design flaw, when lighting and keeping a fire going you need hot ash on tray to retain the heat and keep the fire going but because it is so small everytime you add more fuel the Ash dies out so it just smolders and engulfs you In smoke, even when you get the fire going the heat distribution is non existent, it appears to be a great idea but this is one of those things that going to be dumped in the garage as an expensive mistake, I would ideally like to return it but by the time I got to use it the 30 day return date had passed so no I'm stuck with a completely worthless chunk of metal that has no useClosely following the classic rocket stove design, the unit is well constructed and certainly portable if that is your requirement. Water is brought to the boil in rapid order once the fire comes up normal temperature.Brilliant product and easy to assemble - well made. Burns very well.Boiled water and cooked on worked well
