Not having any decent garden chairs - don't have time to sit in the garden - until Covid-19 Lockdown happened - then desperate to sit out comfortably. Delivery was promised for Mon to Thurs next week but its arrived 3-6 days earlier - couldn;t be happier! Its a lovely looking chair, lightweight but sturdy enough, can be carried one-handed folded if carried upside down! It looks good in the conservatory or the garden. Guess the next 2 weeks of lockdown might have just got a bit easier to deal with ... now where's the kettle!Having taken delivery of the chair in typical, drizzly Welsh weather, I've only been able to try it out in our sitting-room so far! However, I've found it to be a really comfortable, sturdy, well-designed and attractive chair. Initially, I couldn't work out how to move the chair into the reclining position, then my inner sun-worshipper thought-process asserted itself and I realised that you work it using the "foot bar" at the base of the frame. Easy! Can't wait to use this on the annual sunny day here in the Welsh hills, but it's so comfortable that I could always lie in it with my headphones on while I watch the drizzle....Lovely comfy chair, but when seat is fully reclined, the 2 locks that are supposed to keep it in reclined position don’t work very well, you end up slowly sliding upwards out of reclined position, and have to keep pushing yourself back, little bit annoying but still a comfy chairThe only problem l found when reclining is keep your fingers away from the ends of the arms where the arms meet cause they could get nipped, otherwise a great relaxing chair that has had a great work out since l purchased itThe box arrived ripped and battered.The chair could not be opened or deployed by myself. Although disabled I had no problems with the two chairs by La fuma that I ordered as a replacement.It is worth paying the extra to get chairs of quality.I am also still waiting for my refund.
